Many, many years ago, i joined an amateur contest (perhaps i was 10 or 11yrs old at that time - my younger sis was also a contestant) and sang "The Impossible Dream" with matching action. Imagine..to be able to sing that song was already a feat in itself. Being a kid then, everything is possible..I didn't win in that contest, but my younger and lovable sis bagged the 3rd place. Tho' i did not get any price, the support and applause from my other siblings made me feel better...Besides, i was pleasantly happy that my dear sis got the 3rd place. Now that i am older, i still have time, once in a while, to hang out with friends and my hubby and enjoy the Magic Sing escapades. i do agree with you that singing is indeed praying twice.
